Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period:
- Contact us at support@ozkidswatch.com with your order number, a
description of the issue, and photos/video where possible.
- We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
📦Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
✅ Eligible Returns Must:
- Be requested within 14 days of receiving the item
- Include a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)
- Be in original condition — unused and free from damage
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and protective films intact
🚫 Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The item has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Original packaging, parts, or accessories are missing
- The return is requested outside the 14-day window
- The product was purchased from a third-party seller not affiliated with Oz Kids Watch
💸 REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
