All our smart watches come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or rough handling
  • Water damage
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, strap wear, etc.)
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Issues due to incorrect SIM card usage or software not supported in Australia

If a defect is found within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace the product at no cost to you (shipping charges may apply). Please keep your proof of purchase — it helps speed up the process.
